Sacramento ESRI GIS User Group

Welcome to the Sacramento Area ESRI GIS User Group website. The User Group is comprised of Sacramento area GIS users of all levels from a wide range of specialties (state and local government, public works, public safety, education, non-profit, private organizations, etc.).

We meet quarterly to share ideas, methodology, tips and tricks, and our latest projects with a focus on ESRI's ArcGIS® software. Please come to our meetings if you are already in the GIS industry, or would like to find out more about GIS; all are welcome. The next meeting is sponsored by ESRI, and will be on Tuesday, December 9, 2008 from 9 AM to 12 noon at CalEPA Headquarters Building, Training Rooms 1 East and West, 1001 I Street, Sacramento, CA 95814.

The group is coordinated by Skip Campbell of CH2M Hill. Please contact Skip if you have any ideas for presentations or would like to get added to the email list.

Meeting dates, time, location and agendas will continue to be listed here, along with selection of training opportunities, job listings and other resources. We will also provide papers, maps and PowerPoints from meetings as time goes on.

Please feel free to contact us with employment or training listings, or any other event of interest to our GIS user community.
